Weekend at the Great Wolf Lodge

As a Valentine's gift, Ian decided to schedule a weekend for the family at The Great Wolf Lodge.

It is a crazy indoor water park/hotel. The girls and us grownups had a wonderful time going on slides, playing in the wave pool, relaxing in the lazy river, and getting water dumped or sprayed on us pretty much constantly. It was really neat too because this last weekend was pretty darn cold. So it was weird going from the cold outside, to the warmth that was inside the hotel/water park.

There wasn't just a water park but a kids' activity area too. The girls were able to paint snakes, play games, and color.

Ian joined in on the games.

I had to through this picture in because Reagan looks so funny with that fake squirrel.

We had so much fun and are already trying to plan when to do our next trip back.

And have you ever heard their oh so cool jingle on the radio. I swear they play it fifty times a day here where I work, ugh. But yes, I've heard it's a ton of fun, someplace I definitely want to check out one day. I LOVE the picture of Reagan with the squirrel, it's sooooo cute. :)

That looks like so much fun! I can't wait until Catalina is old enough to enjoy doing something like that. Reagan does look too cute! That really looks like a wonderful way to spend some family time together.

how funny that you guys went to the wolf lodge the same week we did! we just got home today actually! we had planned to go on jan. 27(but thankfully i hadn't reserved our room yet because aubrey got an ear infection, then the kids each got a week long virus/flu thing and now finally they are all much better!) anyways, it was SO FUN! we decided we want to live there:) i'll be posting about it tomorrow. it was awesome. you got some cute pics of the kids doing crafts-we never got around to crafts. i wish we could've stayed longer! we didn't want to leave.

How fun!! We are going to Branson, MO for Spring Break weekend to a hotel/water park. We are really looking forward to some family time. Hope we have as much fun as you guys did. My parents are coming into town also so it will be fun to go with them too.

I almost never leave a response, but i did some searching and wound up here "Weekend at the Great Wolf Lodge".

And I actually do have 2 questions for you if it's allright.
Could it be only me or does it appear like a few of the comments look as if they are written by brain dead
people? :-P And, if you are posting on other online sites, I would like to keep up with anything new you have to post.
Could you make a list of all of all your communal pages like your twitter feed, Facebook page or
linkedin profile?

Hmm is anyone else having problems with the pictures on this blog loading?
I'm trying to determine if its a problem on my end or if it's the
blog. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

I believe everything published made a lot of sense. However, think on this, what if
you were to create a killer headline? I mean, I don't wish to
tell you how to run your website, however what if you added a post
title to maybe grab a person's attention? I mean "Weekend at the Great Wolf Lodge" is
kinda vanilla. You might look at Yahoo's home
page and watch how they write news titles to grab viewers to open the
links. You might try adding a video or a picture
or two to get people excited about what you've got to say.
Just my opinion, it could make your posts a little livelier.
